Fay Bibi, Glazpart Custom and Speciality Products Manager has over 30 years operating in the plastics industry, with a primary focus on the manufacturing of injection mouldings. Fay's journey in this dynamic sector began in a bustling printing department, where as a section leader, she was responsible for setting up machines for pad printing, hot foil blocking, and screen printing. This foundational experience not only honed her technical skills but also sparked her passion for the intricate processes involved in the plastics industry.

Fay progressed her career moving on to manage the complete secondary operations department where she cultivated her managerial skills and deepened her understanding of the operational challenges faced in manufacturing environments.

Fay embarked on a new chapter in her career becoming Glazpart Sales Manager for promotional products where she played a pivotal role in expanding Glazpart's customer base for Vacuum and Aqua Foiling. Her commitment to fostering strong relationships with clients and understanding their unique needs was instrumental in driving our growth in this sector.

For the past 16 years, I have shifted my focus within Glazpart to the glazing industry, serving as the Sales Manager for the South of England and Europe. In this capacity, I've had the privilege of managing accounts and developing relationships with Glazpart’s top 100 customers across these regions. This experience has allowed me to further enhance my skills in customer management and strategic sales, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Just last year, I was thrilled to receive a promotion to Sales Manager for Custom and Specialty Products. In this new role, I am primarily focused on custom and bespoke mouldings and specialty products. This position excites me because it allows me to leverage my extensive experience in sales and manufacturing while working closely with customers to bring their unique visions to life.

On her rise to being a specialist in plastics manufacturing, Fay commented, "Throughout my career, I have remained committed to continuous learning and growth within the industry. I am passionate about innovation and strive to stay ahead of industry trends to better serve my clients. My goal is to not only meet but exceed their expectations, ensuring that Glazpart remains a trusted partner in the plastics industry. I look forward to continuing my journey in this ever-evolving field and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and the potential to further impact the industry positively.
