Chris has over 35 years of experience in third party certification and has been involved with Competent Persons Schemes since their inception in 2002. He has held roles in a range of organisations in the built environment developing corporate strategy and launching new products and services. During this time he had experience working in many different countries such as America and Japan. In his role as Head of Government Advocacy & Stakeholder Relations Chris provides information to members on potential changes to regulations, responds to consultations with industry information & data and lobbying Government on important issues. Prior to this Chris was the Director of Membership at FENSA for 5 years where he was instrumental in developing a strong customer services culture and the TV advertising campaign to promote the FENSA certificate to Homeowners.
